Cause Of Death: Eddie Money dies of Esophageal cancer

Eddie passed away on Friday, September 13, and was 70 years old at the time of his death.
The singer, a long-time smoker, was suffering from and battling Stage 4 esophageal cancer that had already spread through his stomach and liver which he revealed publicly last month. The singer died from complications from heart valve surgery at the hospital in Los Angeles. While social media with different personalities sharing their condolences to his family.
Eddie's family announced the death in a statement,

"The Money Family regrets to announce that Eddie passed away peacefully early this morning. It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving husband and father. We cannot imagine our world without him. We are grateful that he will live on forever through his music."

There is no news regarding when, where, and how the funeral is to be held. Money's family shall hold his funeral the coming days but haven't specified the date.
