The comment applies just as strongly to the OP's position here; they are telling *everyone* to stop supporting the game, after all.

People who still care for pvp are people who have a sub up and running, telling them to go elsewhere means telling them to drop their sub, and ssg will receive less money. Enough people go away ,ssg loses enough money, there will be the day ssg loses lotro altogether. Just think about this when you tell these pvpers to "go away leave me alone". Their voice matters too.
Telling everyone to stop supporting the game, as though that will magically bring about the changes people want, is and has always been a flawed logic. All it has ever achieves has been the destruction of things that people value.
If you want to exercise your wallet-voting powers, what you need to do is support selectively. Pay for the things that you agree with and do support, and don't pay for the things that you do not. Money-wise, that is the most power you have, along with the hope that others will do the same. As an example, I was very pleased when SSG allowed me to completely remove the concept of lootboxes from my game, and immediately did so. They don't exist in my game any more, and my game is better for it. Purchases are reflected in their metrics, and they can see what aspects people are paying money for and what they aren't. If SSG had the power to just make the changes that large portions of the community want, and to do them well, and thus draw in more subscription money and more players willing to pay for their product... then they would absolutely do it, because they want the game to succeed, and contrary to a lot of forum opinions they are people like you and I, and they are not unintelligent.
Just flat stopping support gives them fewer resources to do anything at all than they currently have; there is no situation where that has a positive impact on the game.
Indeed, people who play for free and don't support are a large part of the problem - people like the OP, potentially, who say they do not and have stopped giving any support, but who continue to log in and play the game for free, who continue to derive entertainment from it, albeit not as much as they say they would like to receive, and continue to add their small weight to the costs and resource drains without giving anything back.
If you're playing this game and deriving entertainment from it for even a few hours a week, then you ought to be paying back into it in some way; if you're not, then you are just one small part of the problem.
(If you're playing this game for even a few hours a week and somehow not deriving any entertainment from doing so, then that's your business, but you probably shouldn't be, because it's not healthy to do that.)
